Excellent customer service and competitive rates!I shopped some big name insurance companies recently when purchasing a new home. Webb agency set the bar pretty high as none of the big names could come close to their rates and more importantly the customer service. Meghan was very helpful explaining the different options and in the end found me the perfect bundle to fit my needs.

I highly recommend Webb Insurance & Meghan Bruggeman. This was my first time shopping for insurance on my own & Meghan made the process easy! She is extremely professional, kind, & knowledgeable in the field. Webb insurance takes the hassle out of car/renters insurance shopping! If I could, I would give 10 stars!

I have been with Webb Insurance for approximately 6 years now and love the way they continually try to find ways to save money on my home and auto insurance. My three adult children are also insured with Webb. I’m especially pleased with Becca. I’m impressed with her customer service and how she responds to my inquiries within minutes, not hours or days. Was searching for Insurance because I wanted to see if there was a better deal than what I had at the time. I can not speak highly enough of Miss Meghan Bruggeman. She is not only extremely professional and kind, she is willing to go above and beyond for any customer. Meghan saved me a considerable amount of money on my insurance.

I searched for an Insurance Broker in Buffalo, MN (my Hometown). I noticed that the Webb Insurance Agency was very highly rated! And after a week of working with Meghan B at this office - I can say that she secured two insurance policies for me, met every deadline promise, offered competitive and comparative quotes to me and (this was a first for me) a video presentation with all of the quotes she was able to establish in basically every scenario
I could imagine!!! So, I happily would rate this Agency at a solid 5 and my Agent Meghan B a solid 5 as well. She made a process I was dreading not only a pleasant one - but I looked forward to hearing from her - she has a natural ability to make people feel happy, that all questions are good ones, and instills a sense of confidence moving forward knowing that she found the best rates for me and did so while maintaining the highest level of professsionalism and positivity!!!
