I love the Buffalo Mid County, Jane Galle and her co-workers are so helpful. I really appreciate all of their help over the years and will continue banking with them. Everyone here is wonderful.
The worst app conceivable. Their business banking requires you to change the password so often I can never remember what it even is. Whenever I've emailed for help their customer service tells me to call them.. if I wanted to waste my time explaining anything over the phone I would simply call to begin with. I prefer having things done via email so I can go back and look at the conversation if need be. Won't be wasting any more time with them, I'm looking at other banks.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE MidCountry! Personal banker Krystle and manager Denise are EXCELLENT! You will be AMAZED that a bank can be this GOOD! I was a customer of Klein Bank in Buffalo for 20 years. I only had only checking and savings accounts there because every time I tried to set up a car loan, mortgage, and vacation home loan they wanted 20% down and had double the interest rates of other banks. During the first month, working at my new business, Krystle came in and introduced herself. Even though I was not a customer she offered to bring me change any time, or even lunch, WHATEVER I NEEDed! I said, "Actually, I need a business checking account and savings account, but I work every day so I can't make it into your office." She said it was no problem, brought all paperwork to me to sign and even started a business line of credit for $19,000! Without me ever having been a customer! Since then Krystle and Denise come visit me all the time and are EXTREMELY ENERGETIC. I just set up my personal accounts there and am in the process of my home equity loan. I GUARANTEE if you work with Krystle and Denise you will be IMPRESSED too!
just a short note to express our complete satisfaction with one of your newer employees, Kenzie Marco (Buffalo Branch). She assisted us in obtaining a home equity loan to decrease our credit card debt. She made the entire process absolutely painless. She was informative and extremely pleasant to work with throughout the entire process and went the extra mile in assisting us actually contacting the credit card companies and obtaining the payout amount. Again, a superior performance and hopefully a valued employee for many years.
Not to be trusted!!! My husband and I have banked here for years. Him, since he was a child. Within the last year or so, it has really been going down hill. Major issues began a couple week ago. My husband had brought in a few items to deposit into a couple different accounts and needed cash back in the process. The girl, who was working by herself was trying help 3 customers all at once, my husband and another guy at the same window, and a car in the drive through. She had all of this other guys paper-work on the counter, right in front of my husband. Doesn't seem very secure. Then, when handed my husbands deposits, she had no idea how to read the deposit slips that he had filled out, like he does every time, like you're suppose to. Whatever, he had to explain it all. Not that big of a deal. The biggest issue with that transaction was when she then handed one of the slips with all of our bank info on it, to the other customer!!! WTH? When my husband asked for his other slip, the other customer looked at what he was handed and noticed that it wasn't even his and hands it to my husband. Not a great experience, but not enough to cause us to close our accounts. What caused us to close the accounts was when about a week later, we received notices from the bank that my husbands account, my daughters account, my FATHER IN-LAW'S account, AND MY SISTER IN-LAWS ACCOUNT all had address changes to my husband and my address. Not a big deal for my husband and daughter, but my father in-law and sister in-law have absolutely nothing to do with our home and never have. There is no reason the address should have been changed for my in-laws. There is literally nothing tying them to our accounts or address. So, my husband, with very real concerns for the security and confidentiality of our information called and wanted to speak to the branch manager. He left her a message to call him, only to be called back by one of her employees. C U Next Tuesday! You choose a bank that you hope your information is safe at and when you have concerns in regards to that safety and wish to speak with the branch manager and she can't be bothered to give you the time of day... Not worth entrusting your hard earned cash with. What a slap in the face. I hope this bank goes under or at the very least, this manager is fired. Who leaves a girl who can't even read a deposit slip work alone at the counter with no one to help her? The lobby hours are a joke too. So over this bank.
