    When entering the dressing room I was blocked from going in until I was asked and told about their CC Then trying to make my visit short so I could get to work on time, at the check out she didn't say a word as she handed me my purchase. Very ungrateful. Why can't associates thank a customer?? Poor employee attitude!

    I enjoy shopping here,but like to look around. Was a bit overwhelming to have clerk follow me around. If I have questions, or looking for something impurticular I will ask. Still good customer service.

    Maurice's Buffalo MN makes up their return policy as they go and it depends on who you are. For me, if I don't have my receipt even though they can look it up on their computer system, they will not return my items. Today, I went into the store to do a return with my receipts and three items I purchased online last week and the assistant manager she said she couldn't return my items. She can do in store returns but the online returns only works sometimes.......not my problem! I asked her to call the manager to help her through the return process and both the assistant manager and the manager refused my returns because if they return without a receipt which was working, my return total will go against their store numbers for the day. So both managers refused my return. I called maurices customer service number who said maurice's does not have a return policy and you do not need a receipt as the store can look that information up for you. She has never heard of a store refusing a return like that and she'll pass that information on to the Corporate office. She also said the store can call in and get credit for that return as well. She apologized on their behalf and couldn't believe that a store was treating a customer like that. She is sending me three shipping labels, one for each item and paying the $5.95 charge x 3. Make sure you really like the item before you buy online or you may be stuck with it. Maurice's says you can return your items to your local store for free but that is not true because the store refuses the return, two nights in a row for me! It feels like store #1388 is more concerned about their profitability than you the customer!!! 15 year customer is really done shopping at maurices!!!
