Over all my experience is great with Buffalo ford service. My only complaint this time was- I specifically told them what was wrong I had already had it diagnosed - they brought it in, said it wasn’t that- but another part.. kept the car for a week to only call me and say it was not that… but you guessed it… the part I TOLD them it was originally. And of course that one wasn’t in and had to be ordered. I finally got my vehicle back at 10 days. But like I said- over all they’re great. I got a loaner- no questions asked. They were very good with communication- and Mickey in service was stellar at his job. They even were kind enough to put gas in my car when I called and asked because I dropped it off at E and with subzero temps moving in I didn’t want it sitting outside on E. I’ll continue using ford service. 5 stars over all- ❄️
I had made an appointment one week earlier to bring the car in for service. I dropped the car off on Thursday evening for the Friday appointment. The servicing agent left me a voice mail early on that Friday morning to go over what was to be done. I called 4 times trying to reach him responding to his voice mail to me. My last call at noon reached him. I was told that no one would be available until the middle of the next week. I got a ride to the dealership to pickup the car and when I asked to then schedule a new time, I was presented with another 7 day waiting period. I asked if they had at least performed the Works which I also requested. But was told nothing had been done to the car. It is now scheduled for September 13th. Today I received a call asking me if I have the keys for the car and if I have the car. Don't know what that was about but that didn’t help bolster my confidence that they will be able to fix my car. I have use this dealership in the past 6 months and didn't have any problems and the work done was great.
I had to get two safety recalls replaced so I came to this center and they were fantastic! Everyone was very helpful and kind. I dropped it off the night before with my appointment being at 1030 the next morning. I got a call the morning of my appointment at 0950 saying that my car was ready to be picked up! They're very efficient and great at communication. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend!
This would have been a five star review if they would have worked on my vehicle when I scheduled the appointment. I wasn’t told that the scheduled appointment was a drop-off time. It took two days for a service that should have been a few hours. Sheila was a fantastic service rep. She dealt with my frustration in a courteous, professional manner that I appreciated very much.
New to the area, first time visit and will be back again! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Got us in for an oil change right away without an appointment. They tested the coolant system and suggested that we have the system flushed and coolant replaced, something we had never done on our 2014 car. Special thanks to Brian and Chase, appreciated your expert knowledge and explaining the service work that needed to be done and why! Thank you and see you again!
