I dropped my vehicle off the night before my scheduled appointment on a Tuesday. I did not hear anything until two days later on Thursday afternoon, and I had to reach out to them. I would have liked a simple 2 minute update at the very least maybe. The advisors working there seem extremely busy, and are not the most customer oriented in my opinion. This will be the last time I purchase a vehicle or ask to have service completed.
Our sales experience was great. There was a huge lack of communication in regards to expectations for delivery of our new vehicle. We were told our truck would be ready after the accessories were installed in a few days. Those few days turned into a week and a half. We made a handful of calls which resulted in us finding out the parts weren’t even in stock. This would be understandable had they communicated it from the beginning. It was very much an over promise on delivery date while under-delivering. Once the vehicle was delivered we were very happy with it.

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change. They tested the coolant life, which needed to be flushed. Got my oil change and coolant flush done very quickly. I double checked the fluids before leaving, and everything looked fine. Good communication throughout this small process. Will likely continue to bring my vehicle here.
This was a simple brake job. I wasnt able to set an appt online cuz their site didnt work correctly. So i called for an estimate and it was a woman who was just reading info she had, not someone who does the work, or even works at the location I thought I called. After dropping it off, I got one phone call to let me know the cost, and it would be done by the end of the day. It took me 7 phone calls (4 initiated by me) to find out what was going on with my vehicle. The next day I have to miss more work, cuz of course a car dealership didn't have a car to loan me and they closed without communicating that it wasnt done like they said it would be.... I get a call just before 1pm saying they'll send someone to my house to pick me up (a 5 minute drive). An hour and a half later someone finally shows up to get me. The price was more than double what was estimated, then when I went to pay, it was even more, with no extra work done. The advisor I had apologized repeatedly and took off some of the cost. But it was still double what I was estimated. No one had any answers about why any of this happened, I cannot imagine I'll bother with this place again. I really had high hopes with it being a big dealership.
