After we were missing food we turned around and Kristen went above and beyond for us to make it right. She was positive and helpful with a fantastic sense of urgency, Kristen represented this Arby’s extremely well. Thanks for making our night!
Great choice for dinner tonight. Great service,(with a smile) even... thats hard to find these days, but front end person was fantastic, called us by name, very personable. Rung the Bell tonight as we left the building..lol
They get my order right 95% of the time. We get Arby's as a family about every two weeks. And I would say I don't know maybe 10 times a year they mess it up. And I don't get special orders. We usually get a number two a number seven and an extra drink in an extra fry so it's not like I'm ordering specialty stuff.
Service was nice but I ordered the smokehouse brisket and usually filled with meat and stuff but today literally just the bun barely any fixings. Very dissatisfied with today's meal.
Tried new wagu burger and got one bite before rest of burger slipped out of bun due to way too much sauce .not only did I wasted ten dollars but also had to go home and change and clean car .rest of food is great but getting too high priced .update .service has improved greatly and drivethrough moves quickly .
