My experience was great with this store, Emily was able to get the products that I needed and not only that she was willing to help me get the parts on my vehicle , she was vey knowledgeable, friendly ,and eager to help. I have to tell you I have not receive customer service like that in a long time. so if you want to get good advice about your parts and actually get the part I would suggest that you go and talk to these guys. The experience I had was well beyond what I expected. I will continue to shop with these guys for as long as I have a vehicle. I just want to thank you guys for a great experience and caring about my needs.

Today I called at 10 AM exactly when they open, The GM answered and was very kind and very gracious as to getting the parts i needed in the fastest and most manageable way possible. Even after all The hard work they put in to make sure my that my parts were there when they said they would be. They had even greater customer service when I walked in the store this is a great location to get your parts!

Michael and Don were so helpful! We stopped in and didn't know exactly what our issue was and they helped debunk what it was and were quick to do so! They were also juggling 5-10 customers instore and phone calls on top of it! Thank you so much guys, you were fabulous! We will definitely be recommending Advanced Auto Parts!

Friendly staff, decent selection of tools and parts, if they don't have the part they can usually do same day in store pick up, price match is also offered.

The old guy that works at the front is not very friendly and honestly makes me want to go to one of the other 3 parts stores in town. He has messed up 2 of my parts orders in the past and has always made it seem like it was my fault. As far as customer service goes he gets a 1 star, since he is the face of the company, this store also receives a 1 star.
